Relics of a Lost City has in a way, been in the works since early 2012 when my old band, City of Snow, acquired a new singer.

We started writing songs and played shows with the new singer and eventually recorded our first single. Long story short, we managed to get 5-6 songs written and we performed those live. Life got in the way of some members and it was best to call it quits.

These 5 songs were the songs we never got to record. So as a tribute of sorts, i've taken those songs, brought in some of the members of the band to record their parts as well as mine but also put my own spin on them while still staying true to the original sound or feeling of the songs in one form or another.
